Проф. Д-р Олджай ГЮЛЕР

Проф. д-р Олджай Гюлер родился в Гиресуне. В 1995-2001 годах он завершил обучение в Стамбульском университете, на факультете медицины (ЧАПА). С 2001 по 2006 год прошел ординатуру в кафедре ортопедии и травматологии Стамбульского университета, факультет медицины (ЧАПА). С 2012 по 2017 год работал в кафедре ортопедии и травматологии медицинского факультета университета Меджипол, а с апреля 2017 по октябрь 2020 года – в клинике ортопедии и травматологии больницы Medicalpark Бахчелиэвлер при университете Алтынбаш. С октября 2020 года продолжает работать ортопедом и травматологом в клинике ортопедии и травматологии больницы Мемориал Шишли.

Проф. д-р Олджай ГЮЛЕР специализируется на диагностике и хирургическом лечении заболеваний суставов. Он обладает экспертными знаниями в трех основных методах лечения заболеваний суставов и спортивных травм: артроскопия и спортивная хирургия, ортобиологическое лечение и хирургия суставных протезов. Артроскопия и спортивная хирургия широко используются для решения проблем с суставным хрящом, связками, менисками и связками, часто возникающих при спортивных травмах. Ортобиологическое лечение применяется для поддержки заживления повреждений суставов. Он имеет опыт в роботизированной протезной хирургии, которая является вариантом лечения при значительном износе суставного хряща.

Роботизированная протезная хирургия чаще всего используется при протезировании коленного и тазобедренного суставов. Пациентам с тяжелым износом и повреждениями (остеоартрозом) коленного сустава проводятся операции по установке роботизированных коленных протезов: полных коленных протезов, частичных (уникондилярных) коленных протезов и протезов надколенника (пателлофеморальных) суставов. Кроме того, у пациентов с деформацией и искривлением, вызванными перенесенными переломами, применяется роботизированная хирургия с MAKOPLASTY для установки коленных протезов. С помощью роботизированной системы мы планируем наиболее подходящий протез с учетом анатомии пациента, и наша главная цель – восстановить функциональность колена.

Роботизированная хирургия тазобедренного сустава применяется преимущественно у пациентов с тяжелым износом и повреждением (остеоартрозом) тазобедренного сустава. Также она применяется при аваскулярном некрозе головки бедра (разрушение), остеоартрозе, вызванном вывихом тазобедренного сустава, и при переломах бедра. При роботизированной хирургии тазобедренного сустава важным аспектом лечения является минимизация риска вывиха тазобедренного протеза после операции и предотвращение проблем с длиной ног, что является ключевым для успешного результата лечения.
